mental illness

Life is too much complicated when we love someone and then get betrayed in that thing it feels the worst. I am not taking about any one kind of relationship i am talking about all the relationships We have in life like mother and daughter, mother and son, with father or friends and the end number of people who we know are there in our lives. They hurt you they make you feel sad and suddenly u keep on taking the hurt they give you and you let your heart to break into pieces. Now what to do about this broken pieces. Human needs someone to be in their life whom they can share  everything about your feelings. But some of us don’t have anyone whom they can speak up in such difficult times and then they get into depression. Depression is a such thing that if it is not cured on time we loose people from our lives and we don’t even get to know about them that she/he was in depression. We regret that we were not able to help that person who was dealing with this. Earlier people took depression lightly that he/she will be fine soon. But now things have changed we can’t find that someone is dealing with mental illness and like wise we don’t know about what kind of actions are making that person feel bad they never react openly but once they’re alone they think about that. At times  peer pressure also makes one to go into depression by getting bullied from your friend. They are more sensitive ones cause they don’t know what to do. They commit suicide or get into crime. They think that is the best option for them  but that’s wrong. Today three in five people are dealing with mental illness many of us don’t even know that they are dealing with it. The only option I could say is that to speak up with someone about what you feel. It’s ok to think differently. Not everyone in this world is similar and no one has same opinions about some one. If you don’t  have someone  to whom you should speak up go to counselling speak to them they will help you. I know everyone has problems in their life but when we face them we will be out of it or else you  have  to deal with it until l life.
